My name is Kathleen Wehowski , I’m 18 years old and I’m from Germany.

I was in Malta for 2 weeks following the teen program with ESE.

At the school, I like that there was someone available 24 hrs a day just in case, I needed something or If I had any problems. I also liked the location of the school as it’s in a central place but there isn’t much traffic. The school is very modern and new. The activities where on all the time after school and the evenings and also they varied from each other, like for example the bird show, go- carting, cinema Mdina tour and a lot more.

Every activity, there was Group Leaders with us, which made us feel save and they where a big part of the fun we had together. They where all young, which made them very approachable to us. I enjoyed the lessons very much, as they where not so difficult but still a bit challenging and interesting. The teachers were very friendly and helpful.

The classes were good as we were small groups which gave us more attention from the teacher although I would have preferred being in class with people with my age.

I like that we’re given our own book because we could write in it and take it home and refer to it when ever we needed.

Malta was a great choice for me as it had beautiful beaches and wherever I went I could see the sea which was a big change for me. I also liked that the weather was warm even though I was in Malta in October.

Although I was traveling with a friend I met lots of new people and made friends from different parts of the world.
