Your proof that you are able to study in English
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination is a widely recognised and reliable means of assessing whether candidates are ready to study or train in the medium of English. It is owned by three partners – The University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate, the British Council and IDP Education Australia.
Academic or General Training
Students taking up this programme can choose either the Academic or General Training option. The Academic option is designed for students taking the entry test to undergraduate or postgraduate studies or for professional reasons. The General Training option, on the other hand, is aimed at students taking the test for entry at vocational or training programmes not at degree level, for admission to secondary schools and for immigration purposes.
Join any time
Unlike the Cambridge Series of examination courses that have fixed starting and examination dates, students can join an IELTS class at any time during the year. Examinations are held on a monthly basis.
